 Paris, A Jack Russell terrier has survived after being poisoned and buried alive. A man walking, saw the ground moving and unearthed what looked like a white pancake. The dog was rushed to the vet and through a micro...

chip he was identified. The owner said that he had given the dog away. Police are investigating. Ethan now known, was up on his "paws" within 24 hour. He has a new home also. The chip also showed that this was all done on his 3rd Birthday..... Sending get well wishes to a "Champ!!! and merci to the man who did not ignore what he saw.....Now that is good news!!!!

No...this is not mine...This is Monet....

I have been inspired to bring the paints out...This time I am attempting oils...seems to be quite lovely to work with. Working slowly and finding it very peaceful, actually more peaceful than acrylics.Something about the way the colors blend.

Its been a couple of years since the palette has seen the light of day.....so be patient. I will show you the results.

I was invited to meet some rescued horses out in Baiting Hollow.

What a great day and what wonderful creatures. Many of these horses were abused and saved from death. They are loving and grateful.

Update on the three little kittens in the garden. Can't find Precious, 5 days. The neighbor came and told me Bear was in her garden, laying near the flower pot, he was not alive. Chaps was laying down near the wooded area and as I went over to see what was wrong, she got up and ran into the woods. I searched most of today, and found her in the woods....not alive.  I believe that the cause was poisoning. I found out that the landscapers applied a pesticide to the lawn and I think the kittens must have eaten it......Can't find Miss. Kitty either. Dreadfull!

Due to the stormy weather, I wasn't able to dye the basketful of items I wanted to. Here are the results of what was done......Patiently waiting, I painted some hydrangea flowers on a rock and made some canvas herbs signs ...
